Fall of 2022 I ordered the beautiful amethyst crescent moon for my friend for her birthday. Recently I shipped it to her. One tiny ring got lost. I contacted Luna rose about how to attach one of the crystals.
I hate to use the phrase "customer service" because she went far and above a customer service.
She was sweet and kind and wanted to be certain that my friend was happy with her crystal.
She sent her the kit to attach the crystal. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her kindness.

Your addition of the extra crystals in your beautiful potpourri bag and the smell of lavender as I opened the box were all so perfect.
